Last week of August was busy in Dilijan as 24 participants from Armenia and Turkey were mastering the techniques of storytelling through photography using smart technologies and latest applications. With dedicated guidance of John Stanmeyer (National Geographic) and full support of Serra Akcan (Nar photos) and Anush Babajanyan (4Plus) participants were experimenting with their smart-phones creating photographs and video materials, as well as collecting ideas for stories that would be produced during the upcoming months.
Storyteller's Cafe has been keeping in touch with its readers and followers through its Facebook page where it continues receiving words of support and encouragement. As participants continue photographing the life in towns and cities they live in, they share these images in the Instagram account of #BridgingStories. Through this account you can follow the works of the participants as well as go to personal Instagram accounts of each participant.
Currently, participants are also in search for stories they would like to concentrate on or collaborate with each other for the exhibition, while we the organizers are making preparations for the upcoming exhibition in January 2017. Keep following us to learn more.
